Competition Preparation

Swimmers remember your Club Swim caps, Club Costume/Trunks, at least 2 pairs of Goggles and plenty of fluids, take lots of drinks to prevent dehydration, as this will cause very poor performance Please give your full support to all Team swimmers. We will appreciate any help on poolside from any parents. To run a successful gala we need as much support as possible to ensure a gala run smoothly. Parents we are asking you to step forward and help out with your swimming club. If you would like to help out, please see Kath, Paul, Sue or any Committee member at the desk who will only be too happy to help out.
